Bus Driver

What you will do
Operate approved Nigerian-assembled buses on assigned school routes, follow the Tranzita Driver App route, complete biometric login, submit pre-departure checks, monitor speed, and complete daily route debriefs.
What you need
A current Nigerian driver's licence, three years urban driving experience, clean FRSC record, ability to complete six-stage vetting, and a non-family guarantor who is a registered property owner.

Co-Driver

What you will do
Manage boarding and alighting, call children by name, operate tap-on and tap-off, monitor wellbeing, support parent communication, and walk children to verified guardians.
What you need
Two years working with children, calm communication, smartphone literacy, full vetting clearance, and a non-family guarantor who is a registered property owner.

Onboard Nurse

What you will do
Confirm first aid equipment, complete visible wellness checks, monitor children, assess illness or injury, contact parents when needed, and submit welfare notes.
What you need
Current Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria registration, two years post-registration experience, paediatric first aid or willingness to complete it, and full vetting clearance.

Professional salary, uniform and ID, paediatric first aid support, annual re-registration support, safeguarding training, AED training, and progression to Senior Nurse.
Operations Team Member

What you will do
Monitor the fleet dashboard, respond to alerts, call buses, handle parent WhatsApp messages, coordinate manifests, support onboarding, and assist crew scheduling.
What you need
Strong English communication, calm decision-making, smartphone and computer literacy, transport-hour availability, clean record, and interest in child and road safety.

The Vetting Process
We will guide you through every stage.
The process is thorough by design, but applicants are supported from the first call to onboarding.

Initial Phone Interview
A recruiter calls for a 20-minute conversation about your experience, motivation, and availability.
Document Submission
We provide the full checklist, police clearance guidance, and every document requirement so you are not navigating it alone.
Vetting Begins
The six-stage vetting process typically takes 10 to 15 working days, and our team keeps you updated at every stage.
Practical Assessment
Drivers complete a road assessment, co-drivers complete a child management assessment, nurses complete welfare assessment, and operations applicants complete a platform simulation.
Offer and Onboarding
Successful applicants receive a written offer and complete two days of app, code of conduct, route familiarisation, and supervisor onboarding.
