GPS Unit Pre-Installed
Tracking is part of the vehicle architecture, transmitting every 30 seconds and protected from driver disconnection.

Passenger windows use child-safe locks controlled from crew positions, with safe ventilation gaps.
Audio-Only Intercom
Approved school audio only, no driver-facing screens and no distracting entertainment systems.
Speed Monitoring Unit
Independent hardware checks speed against zone-specific limits and alerts operations after breaches.
In-Bus Camera System
Encrypted passenger and cab footage is retained for 30 days and reviewed after incident flags or concerns.
First Aid Station
A fixed station contains first aid, AED on larger buses, and locked emergency medication storage.
Child Tap-On Reader
NFC reader logs child identity, timestamp and GPS coordinates at boarding and drop-off.
Approved Powertrain
Electric, diesel or petrol powertrains are accepted only after Nigerian assembly verification, inspection and route-readiness approval.

The Manufacturing Standard
Every bus is assembled to a Tranzita-defined specification covering powertrain, safety systems, passenger interior, GPS, audio, camera and NFC reader. No vehicle enters service without acceptance inspection.
Local Maintenance Network
Certified auto centres in Lagos maintain the current live fleet. Abuja and Port Harcourt maintenance partners are planned for launch. Maintenance events are logged, and no bus operates past its scheduled service date.

30-Day Vehicle Inspection
Every bus is inspected every 30 days across brakes, tyres, lighting, powertrain, battery, GPS, cameras, NFC reader, first aid and child safety features.
Pre-Departure Check
Before leaving depot, the driver completes tyre, light, camera, GPS, NFC, first aid and battery checks in the Driver App.
Battery Health Monitoring
Battery degradation is tracked continuously, with annual battery health reviews and immediate service removal when route completion could be affected.
Tyre and Brake Standards
Tyres are replaced by tread schedule and brakes by documented inspection plus mileage rules from the vehicle partner.
