This comes from your child wristband tap and confirms your child is physically onboard with a named nurse present.

If the route changes, operations sees the update early and can contact affected parents through the agreed pilot process.

Your Child Has A Wristband
Every child receives a unique NFC wristband for tap-on and tap-off. If the wristband is missing, the exception is logged and operations is notified.
No Unauthorised Collection
You register verified guardians. The co-driver will not release your child to anyone outside that list, no matter what they claim.
A Registered Nurse Is Present
Every bus carries a registered nurse with medical summaries, allergy notes and authority to respond immediately.
Three Adults On Every Bus
Driver, co-driver and nurse are all independently vetted. Your child is never alone with one adult.
Deviation Triggers An Alert
If the bus leaves the approved route, operations receives an alert within 45 seconds and calls the crew.
Speed Checked Every 10 Seconds
Speed is checked against road-zone limits, with cab audio alerts and operations notifications after any breach.

Report Something Left On The Bus
Reply to any Tranzita message with the item, bus and date. Operations contacts the crew, logs the report and follows up.
Change Guardian Or Address
Update guardians, home address or emergency contacts through WhatsApp. Guardian changes are re-verified through the school.
Raise A Journey Concern
If anything worries you, operations reviews journey data, GPS records, speed logs and camera footage and responds with findings.
Getting Started
Your child could be on a Tranzita bus within one week.
As a parent your role is simple. Here is exactly what you need to do.
Your School Registers
Tranzita works with schools, not individual families. Ask your principal or transport coordinator about Tranzita and share the school registration page.
Register Your Child
Once your school is registered, you receive a WhatsApp registration link for your child, home address and verified guardian details.
Verify Your Guardians
Each guardian is verified with photo ID and school countersignature. Verification usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
